Ahmaud Arbery would’ve been 26 today. My chest felt like it was beaten in after I saw the video of his murder. And as devastated as I am to be having this conversation again, to be posting once again, hash tagging another vile injustice once again - I ran today in his honor. And I stand with his family and with all those who stand beside me in our fight towards a better, just world. #irunwithmaud
